These Terms govern your use of ShotAxis, a billiards training app developed by MotionSyntax Technology (Changchun) Co., Ltd. / 动律科技（长春）有限公司.

Use of the App

ShotAxis is designed for training assistance and motion analysis. You are responsible for using the app safely and for following the rules and safety requirements of your training venue.

Training and AI Suggestions

Scores, charts, metrics, and AI suggestions are informational training aids. They do not guarantee improved performance and do not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or safety supervision.

Subscriptions and Paid Features

Some features may require a Pro subscription, usage quota, or other paid entitlement. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed through the App Store according to Apple policies.

User Responsibilities

• Do not use ShotAxis for unlawful, unsafe, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass quota, entitlement, rate limit, or security controls.
• Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for health, safety, or professional decisions.

Service Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, including AI advice, quota rules, supported devices, and analysis methods.
