Information We May Process

• Training and stroke metrics, such as speed, direction offset, stage scores, timing, and related analysis results.
• Apple Watch motion data and workout-related data when you grant permission in the app.
• Heart rate or other HealthKit data only when you explicitly authorize access.
• Device-level identifiers used for app operation, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and subscription or entitlement checks.
• Support information you provide when contacting us by email.

How We Use Information

• To provide stroke analysis, training feedback, trends, and AI-generated suggestions.
• To operate, secure, debug, and improve ShotAxis.
• To manage Pro features, usage quotas, and support requests.

AI Advice

When AI advice is requested, ShotAxis may send selected stroke metrics and context to our backend service and AI service providers to generate training suggestions. We do not require users to provide personal identity information for ordinary stroke analysis.

Health and Fitness Data

HealthKit data is used only with your permission and only for the app features you enable. We do not sell HealthKit data or use it for advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers for cloud hosting, AI inference, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers process information only as needed to provide the relevant service.

Retention

Training records may be stored locally on your device. Server-side operational records are retained only as needed for service operation, quota management, security, debugging, and legal compliance.
